1. Eligibility for Refunds
- 1.1. Service Refunds:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, the request must be based on the service provided not meeting the agreed-upon specifications outlined in the client’s contract with Affixin Media.
- Services that have been fully delivered or are partially completed may not be eligible for a refund, except under special circumstances at the discretion of Affixin Media.
2. Refund Process
- 2.1. Submission of Request:
- Clients must submit a refund request via email to info@affixinmedia.com within the specified 7-day period.
- The request should include a detailed explanation of why the service did not meet the agreed-upon specifications, along with any supporting documentation.
- 2.2. Review and Evaluation:
- All refund requests will be thoroughly reviewed by our team. During the evaluation process, we may request additional information or clarification to better understand the issue.
- Affixin Media reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the outcome of the review process.
- 2.3. Refund Decisions:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used by the client.
- In cases where a refund is denied, the client will be provided with a detailed explanation of the decision.
3. Non-Refundable Services
- 3.1. Completed Services:
- Services that have been fully completed and delivered according to the contract are generally non-refundable.
- 3.2. Partially Completed Services:
- For services that have been partially completed, refunds may be issued on a pro-rata basis, considering the portion of the service that has been delivered.
4. Amendments to the Refund and Returns Policy
- Affixin Media reserves the right to amend this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients through our website or via email.
