Terms and Conditions of Affixin Media.

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Affixin Media (referred to as “the Agency”) and the client engaging in marketing services (referred to as “the Client”). By entering into an agreement with Affixin Media, the Client agrees to comply with these terms and conditions.
Services
The Agency agrees to provide marketing services as outlined in the agreed-upon scope of work.
The Client acknowledges that the success of the marketing efforts may be dependent on factors beyond the Agency’s control, such as market conditions and industry trends.
Fees and Payments
The Client agrees to pay the Agency the fees outlined in the proposal or agreement.
Payments are due according to the agreed-upon schedule. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
The Agency reserves the right to adjust fees with notice to the Client.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.
The confidentiality obligation extends beyond the termination of the agreement.
Intellectual Property
Affixin Media owns all rights to the content and materials available on our platform. These materials are for personal, non-commercial use only.
All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Affixin Media for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
The Client retains ownership of any pre-existing intellectual property.
Any new intellectual property created during the engagement will be owned by the Client upon full payment.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material term.
Upon termination, the Client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
Limitation of Liability
The Agency’s liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client for the services.
The Agency is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Your Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please ensure you’ve read our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
the terms herein are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right to request the removal of links or content from our website at our discretion. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and it’s linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.
Refund Policy
At Affixin Media, we strive to provide high-quality services that meet your expectations. We offer a 7-day refund policy for our clients, allowing you to request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. However, please note that refunds are subject to certain terms and conditions:

By engaging Affixin Media’s services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
